How to install WinBUGS

1. Visit the web page of the BUGS Project: http://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/software/bugs/the-bugs-project-winbugs/

2. Download WinBUGS (winbugs14_unrestricted.zip) file and unzip it: https://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/winbugs14_unrestricted.zip

3. Download the license key file: http://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/wp-content/uploads/WinBUGS14_immortality_key.txt

4. Download the patch file: http://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/wp-content/uploads/WinBUGS14_cumulative_patch_No3_06_08_07_RELEASE.txt

5. Go to WinBUGS folder and double-click on WinBUGS14.exe to start WinBUGS.

6. File -> Open and choose “WinBUGS14_immortality_key.txt” among Text (*.txt) files．

7. Tools -> Decode and “Decode All”.

8. File -> Open and choose “WinBUGS14_cumulative_patch_No3_06_08_07_RELEASE.txt” among Text (*.txt) files．

9. Tools -> Decode and “Decode All”.

10. Done!
